Also, try to visit either in the early morning or in the evening time to get a soothing effect of sunrise or sunset that will rejuvenate your soul.

How to Reach Lotus Valley-

From Indore city center, the place this about 27 km away and can be accessed by a drive through private vehicles or taxis in less than an hour.

It is about 17 km away from Devi Ahillyabai Holkar Airport of Indore, that connects Indore to major cities of the country.

Timings of Lotus Valley-

The timings are usually not strict but still, it is from 6 am to 7 pm for the sake of an idea.

The lake is open on all days of a week for the visitors, but usually, people throng in more numbers on weekends.

Entry Fee-

As of now, no entry fee is charged to the visitors as it is not covered under any department of government.

Where to Eat?

Lotus Valley Café and Restaurant is the only good place in the close vicinity of the lake to have meals and fast food. It has timings from 10 am to 7 pm and was earlier famous by the name H-20 restaurant.

Travel Tip-

It takes around 2-3 hours to explore the place, but it’s totally based on your plans that how much time you can devote. Some people also come here with their raw materials and utensils to cook food and enjoy the whole day as a picnic with the family.

Do carry proper supplements of packed foods and drinking water as no proper facilities are available there.

The best way that you should prefer to reach there is by private vehicles or taxis. A parking facility is also available there.

It is advisable to return back from the place before it gets too dark, as it lies away from the residential areas and maybe no help could reach you if stuck in some sought of problem.
